This is a unique opportunity to join Maz Valcorza for our unique Discover & Dine experience. What exactly is Discover & Dine? It's a vegan cooking class blended with a 5-course degustation.

During the evening, Maz will be preparing the food that you will enjoy in the Neff Market demonstration kitchen. You can witness first hand exactly how to create mouth-watering and nutritious plant-based food. There will be opportunities for participation throughout the evening and all guests will leave with a workbook containing recipes and useful information like pantry essentials and vegan substitutions. .

About your teacher:

Maz Valcorza is the founder of Sadhana Kitchen, which was Sydney’s first organic, vegan, wholefoods and raw food eatery. Author of Uncooked & The Naked Vegan, Maz has been working with healthy vegan and allergy friendly foods for the last 6 years. She is also an Everyday Vegan on where her role is to create and run online courses teaching viewers how to make healthy and delicious vegan food. Maz loves food and lives for sharing how easy and awesome it is to connect with ourselves, each other and our planet through nourishing our bodies and souls.
