This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from celebrity chef Maz Valcorza (Sadhana Kitchen, Everydayvegan.tv, author of The Naked Vegan) how to prepare nutritious plant-based meals in an intimate and supportive setting, limited to just 8 people.

This weekend retreat will take place at the beautiful designer built Dickebusch Cottage in the coastal town of Patonga, only 1.5 hours drive from Sydney.

Jump-start a lifestyle that is full of vitality, all whilsts feasting on organic vegan wholefoods for breakfast, lunch, dinner and mouth-watering vegan dessert too! 

Throughout the weekend you will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops where you will learn how to easily nourish and heal your body. Get to know all about healthy plant-based alternatives for the foods you love and how to meet your daily nutritional requirements whilst thriving.

Apart from food, you will also learn about mindfulness practices that will help you cultivate a happy and healthy lifestyle. During your down time, you can kick back, relax and enjoy the beautiful property and its surroundings. 

This cleansing program will provide you with the tools to live a clean, healthy and happy lifestyle that you can easily maintain once you get back home.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

 

Previously a registered nurse, Maz left her career in pharmaceutical sales to open Sadhana Kitchen, Sydney’s first organic, vegan, wholefoods and raw food eatery which served delicious plant-based food to patrons in both Newtown & Bondi Beach for almost 6 years.

Author of Uncooked & The Naked Vegan, she has been working with healthy vegan and allergy friendly foods for the last 5.5 years.

Maz develops, styles and shoots all of her recipes and has worked with many brands in the areas of recipe development, writing, speaking, presenting, consultation, food styling & food photography.

Maz is also an Everyday Vegan on www.everydayvegan.tv where her role is to create and run online courses teaching viewers how to make healthy and delicious vegan food.

As a practitioner of yoga and meditation, Maz advocates mindfulness, presence and ahimsa. Ahimsa is sanskrit for non-violence and she believes one of the most meaningful ways we can practice this in our daily lives is by living plant-based and sustainable lifestyles.

She loves food and is passionate about sharing how easy and awesome it is to connect with ourselves, each other and our planet through nourishing our bodies and souls.
